Susan Wilson joined Walker-Alley & Associates, LLC in 2015. Susan has been involved in commercial real estate for 26 years. Her focus has been commercial real estate closings specializing in purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, options, title examinations, title curative, loan documents and a wide range of other related services. In addition to commercial real estate, Susan has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry with specific focus on well site title examinations, curative instruments, and determining divisions of complicated ownership interests. Susan is a certified Paralegal and licensed Notary Public. She has been engaged by numerous law firms to act as a witness for litigation purposes pertaining to real estate titles, abstracting and ownership. Susan also has sales and marketing experience in the Industrial Supply/Material Handling industry wherein she was responsible for new business development and servicing existing accounts.

As a golfer and avid fan of the sport, Susan has been annually selected to serve as an Area Captain at the US Open Golf Championship. She works closely with the United States Golf Association and MSG Promotions, Inc. by assisting in the Corporate Hospitality Tent and supervising volunteers. Susan is an advocate for youth related team sports. She coached All-Star cheerleading for 17 years and was named by the National Cheerleaders Association as one of the top 100 coaches in the United States. Susan has judged cheer and dance competitions throughout the United States at the state, regional and national levels.

Susan is a Shreveport native with strong personal and business ties in the local community. She is a member of the Northwest Louisiana Association of Realtors and the Northwest Louisiana Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Division.
